1 Definitions and Interpretations

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• cb333 may verify identity before approving a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to registered payment accounts — funds are not sent to third-party accounts.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

cb333 provides bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following conditions apply:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.
• The welcome bonus can be received once only and applies to the first deposit only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A 20x wagering requirement applies to bonus funds.
• The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• cb333 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it is misused.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address to claim bonuses is prohibited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed for all betting and gaming activities on cb333:

• All bets are considered final — once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error or server issue, cb333 may refund the bet amount.
• In sports betting, results are determined by the official outcome of the relevant event.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cb333 platform:

• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game.
• One individual or group operating multiple accounts.
• Using fraudulent methods to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward or harassing other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Having someone else place bets on your behalf, or placing bets on behalf of someone else.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

cb333 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).
• If an inactive account has not been used for an extended period.

Before closing an account, the user's legitimate balance will be returned; however, bonus funds and any earnings where the wagering requirement has not been met may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected].

10 Limitation of Liability
